Campaign:

High school is painful for everyone. If teachers aren’t on your case, then your parents or siblings are. It can feel like there’s no escape. But librarians disagree. As a new school year started, the LAPL wanted to run a campaign about all the wonderful worlds students could find waiting in the stacks. Worlds students could steal away to and hide. Where they could find comfort seeing the same struggles they face…but on an epic scale. A quote engraved on a wall outside the Central Library inspired all of our work: “In books, we live in all ages.”

Students on their way to class found bright, bold invitations to see their curriculum as a safe port in a storm: LIVE IN ALL AGES.
